If you don’t need a website but want a professional email address (e.g., yourname@yourbusiness.com) and a domain name, the Luminite Beacon Package ensures you have a secure, reliable email setup, keeping your business communications professional and organised.

How Renewal Works

• Your Beacon Package must be renewed annually or monthly to keep your email and domain active.
• If your setup date is 1st January 2025, renewal payment is due before 1st January 2026.
• Payments can be made annually (£144) or monthly (£12 per month).
• If your domain is not renewed, your email accounts will be suspended.
• You can upgrade to a website package anytime if you decide to build an online presence in the future.

With our website packages, you receive unlimited IMAP email addresses at no extra charge. Each account comes with everything you need to stay connected:

• Unlimited Custom Email Addresses: Create as many email addresses as your space allows. Easily add addresses like [email protected], [email protected], or any address that best fits your business needs.
• Webmail Access: Check your email from anywhere with webmail, making it simple to access your inbox on the go. Login to your Emails directly from my website; under the home menu or save the link for your convenience.
• Device Compatibility: IMAP email accounts can be added to any mail program, on any device, ensuring your emails are always available wherever you need them.

Additional Storage as You Grow: Need more space? Expand your storage with ease, only £1 per extra 1GB. Details on email setup are available in our support area, so you’re always covered with clear guidance.

Microsoft Email Accounts – Flexible Options to Meet Every Need

Looking for something beyond the basics? Our Microsoft Email Accounts provide options with added storage, accessibility, and security features that fit a range of business needs. Choose the right level for your business:

• Microsoft Shared Mailbox – Free
  Shared mailbox for collaboration. A Microsoft user account is required, and this mailbox does not allow computer log-ins.
• Microsoft Kiosk – (2GB Mailbox)
  Web access only, with 2GB storage. This email address does not log onto a computer directly.
• Email Online Plan 1 – (50GB Mailbox)
  Web-only access with a generous 50GB mailbox, perfect for team communication.
• Microsoft Business Basic – (1TB Cloud Storage)
  Includes 1TB cloud storage and access to web versions of Microsoft Office apps.
• Microsoft Business Standard – Everything in Business Basic, plus desktop versions of Office apps for added functionality.
