You can have any text before: @yourdomain.co.uk
Your email account password will be sent via WhatsApp as this is a secure way to communicate passwords. You can change your password at any time.
How to Access Your Emails
- From My Website
Go to https://luminitedesign.co.uk/ and click EMAIL LOGIN from the Home menu item.
Tip 1: You can always save this direct server link to your bookmarks and use it just like Gmail.
Tip 2: This WebMail allows you to pick up your emails directly from the server from anywhere in the world.
Tip 3: Checking whether this can send and receive emails is a good troubleshooting step to determine whether a problem is on your side or the server side.
- By WebMail (On any Web Browser example Edge, Firefox, Safari or Chrome)
You add the word ‘webmail.’ before your domain.
Example: https://webmail.yourdomain.co.uk
Your username is your full email address. Example: [email protected]
Your password: Sent via WhatsApp
- By adding the IMAP Email Account to any Device or Email Program (Example: iPhone, iPad, Samsung, Windows Mail, Mac Mail)

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)
Username: [email protected]
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk
IMAP Port: 993 POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk
SMTP Port: 465
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
Troubleshooting Tip 1
Tip 1: If your emails don’t immediately work, double check all settings and port numbers, if you are still struggling you can try changing the incoming and outgoing mail servers to: luminite.directrouter.com. In most cases, this is an immediate fix.
Troubleshooting Tip 2
It is recommended to test your login information using my website in step one before you manually add your email address.
If you haven’t done this, and you try to log in multiple times with incorrect details, then my server will block you for security reasons.
In this case, you will need my assistance and I will need your IP address. Visit Find Your IP Address and send me your IP address via WhatsApp 07958 293 971. I will immediately respond and unblock you so you can try again.

How to Add an IMAP Email Account to an iPhone:
Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
Enter your name, email address, password and a description for your account.
On your iPhone, you’ll need to enter account details manually if you try setting up an account from a less common email provider.
Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish setting up your account. If Mail finds your email settings, tap Done to finish the account setup process.
If Mail can’t find your account settings automatically
If Mail can’t find your email settings, you will need to enter them manually. Tap Next, then follow these steps:
Choose IMAP
Enter the information for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
If Mail can’t find your email account settings, you can manually enter details such as Host Name during the setup process.
If your email settings are correct, tap Save to finish. If the email settings are incorrect, you’ll be asked to edit them.
